Program Manager – Privacy Maturity (H/F)

Contexte de la mission :

As program manager, the consultant will be in charge to continue and improve the following topics (NB. that could evolve at the start and during the mission):

Strategic Planning and Alignment: Define the overall program roadmap and goals aligned with organizational strategy, ensuring each project fits into the broader vision and maximizes value.
Program Governance and Execution: Develop program governance structures, establish controls, and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the program across its lifecycle to meet time, scope, quality, and budget targets.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting projects and the overall program, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions to keep the program on track.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Manage communication and relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement: Track progress through dashboards or reports, analyse outcomes against objectives, ensure quality standards are met, and identify opportunities to improve program processes.
Leadership and Team Coordination: Lead and support project managers and teams, facilitate collaboration across projects, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to achieve program objectives successfully.

Tâches :

As project lead, for the projects on which the consultant will be appointed as leader, the consultant will be in charge, subject to prior validation by SteerCo to:

Implement the Project Goals defined by the SteerCo and design planning: Propose to the SteerCo clear project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource plans aligned with strategic goals. Develop comprehensive project plans including proposed budgets and task sequencing.
Team Leadership and Task Management: Build and lead a high-performing team by assigning responsibilities, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and maintaining motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively. Develop contingency plans and address issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders by providing regular updates, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against key performance indicators, quality standards, and timelines. Prepare status reports and adapt plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Define and uphold quality standards for deliverables, ensuring outcomes meet stakeholder requirements and organizational policies.
Change and Conflict Management: Evaluate and control changes in project scope or objectives. Resolve conflicts within the team or among stakeholders to maintain a positive working environment.
Continuous Improvement: Analyse project processes and results to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Quickly identify obstacles and make informed decisions to overcome challenges impacting the project.
